Not if you do your homework and consider TER to be your library.  

If you don't have it, get VIP membership here to take the guess work out of your sessions so you can read the "juicy details" section of the review and look at her profile for a detailed listing of her menu options.

That will tell you beforehand what a girl is likely to do, and not do, when you see her. VIP also allows you to contact the girl's reviewers by pm to get even more info that may not be in the hobbyist's review.  

This isn't always failsafe as a girl can still decline something you may have read in her reviews but it will make it much more likely if you saw a specific sex act mentioned time and again over many different reviewers.

P411 also lets the girls post what menu options they offer on their profile, if they decide to use that function, which many do, but certainly not all.  

So be sure check that site out as well for further confirmation.

and find providers that offer what you want.  If you are diligent in your research, you should not have to offer more $$$ for services.  If a provider does not offer my deal-breakers, i.e., DFK and BBBJ, I just move on.  It's not worth haggling over services, and most providers IMHO, don't like it either.  What they offer is what they offer...... There are plenty who offer what I want so I don't have to waste time trying to find out if she will upgrade her services, and then be disappointed if she will not do it.

Get VIP if you don't have it and read reviews to find who offers what you want. Upsells are something what you want to try to avoid when looking for a new friend, not trying to upsell yourself. There may be an upcharge for PSE or greek, but other than that the price is usually all inclusive.

I think upsells are pretty popular in Vegas in the lower to mid level sectors of the industry, but I don't think they are the norm most anywhere else.  

...check out the providers profiles here on TER. Read reviews. Find the ones that offer what you want and see them. I pay from $200 an hour to $350 an hour depending on who I choose to see and get exactly what I want with no need further fee. The only thing I do that many consider extra is greek. However, I don't pay extra for it because the ladies I see that do it include it in the regular rate and not all of them are the $350 an hour ladies.

Upsell is not necessary and certainly don't upsell yourself.

that FS providers decide just what they are willing to do...  less a factor for cleanliness & chemistry.  But If you read the full recent reviews...  and there are 6-10 reviews...  at least some by experienced reviewers (we refer to this as "well reviewed") you'll know what her limits are.  

Now my experience with FBSM indie providers is that after they get to know you...  they might be willing to do more...  and expect a nice tip for doing so.  Still it's a gamble and some will do FS but others not...  some have odd limits or rules...    
One FBSM gal indicated more was available but would never state a rate...  very awkward having to set the gift myself.  She was of the opinion that if she did not agree to sex for $$, that it offered her protection from LE.   Others are not shy about asking a set amount.  

Strippers seem to be known for a 'la cart...  which is how the strip joints work but that is seldom as good an arrangement as an "all inclusive" FS provider.  Strip attitude is like buying a story through a magazine subscription selling it to you in small bits when you could have bought the story in a solo book for less.
