Upgrading to VIP

How long does it take to get upgraded to VIP? Paid over an hour ago and I didn't receive a confirm email and I'm still listed as a basic member. Credit card was definitely charged though...

Yeah I've been in and out a couple of times with no luck. Sent them an email and they say allow 72 hours for a response. Frustrating.

BTW I got this fixed. If anyone else has a similar problem, I emailed the site theat handles the payment, SegPayEU.com and they were able to activate my account. If anyone else has the same problem, try that.
