To get a specific review pulled down, you have to have a very good reason with proof; and that is pretty rare.  If you press the issue, TER will most likely just remove all your reviews and delist you.

If there is a problem with contact information in your profile however, you can always file a problem report (See the link on your profile.) and ask TER to correct that.

I'm going to say this nicely.  I looked at your reviews...  I probably would not see you based on your reviews.   There are 2 low reviews, not just one, which is a red flag for me.  There are other less than stellar reviews.   Getting one review taken down will not "solve" your "problem".
I don't like ladies with large swings in the reviews.  I admit, ladies have got to be good actresses as not every guy will appeal to you.   Maybe this business is not for you.  No shame in that, it's not for everyone.  
If you want to stay at this, You really need to read back on this board & find out what guys want.  
I'll start:
We want to not be rushed, we want the full time, uninterrupted.  Put your cell away.  
Figure out a way to manage time (discreet clocks, music tracks, or a good sense of time) without stressing.   NEVER ask a guy if he's done yet or about ready.   If you really want guys to come back, have enough time to finish what you start...  make sure a guy finishes (at least once) no matter what.  For instance, after 1/2 hour or play, my Favs feel free to increase the friction...  say add a hand to a BJ.  
We don't want to bump into other clients in the hall or parking
We want to have a reasonably clean environment
We want a reasonable bed, a chair for our clothes, a bathroom available
Allow yourself enough time to clean up & rest in between.
You menu is your menu...  guys will decide if they are willing to pay your scale for what you offer.  I've not seen you so I'll not comment on that.
BE an honest provider...  no scams, no rush.  

You have very mixed reviews...  but that's not the end of the world.  Improve your method of operation, better reviews will follow & push the mixed reviews onto the second page.   I don't hold a few low reviews against a provider...  but consistantly "good" reviews for a page is a big help.  IMHO, Not all "good" reviews are 9-10s but 7 and up.  I often see ladies with 7-8 or 8-9, since reviews are subjective.

I hope you take this as the constructive criticism it was intended as.

Your profile contact info matches your ad contact info. If it has changed, do what skb said and file a problem report using the tab at the top of your profile. If this is really about getting rid of one or more bad reviews, what does that solve? Skb told you from looking at your reviews dxactly what to do. Fix the negatives and build your reputation that way. You undoubtably have skills as even some of your lower scored reviews mention positives in reference to your performance. Get a resonably clean and organized incall location, learn to schedule, learn how to be discrete, let the "customer" dictate how he wants to get off as long as its on to your menu and a reasonable request and bring yo ur A game to each session. If you do these things, which are not difficult to achieve or understand their importance, your reviews will greatly improve and be consistent. Before you know it you can raise your rates too. As of now you should be happy you have a few extremely tolerant reviewers that probably judged you by performance only and not including atmosphere and professionalism. Good luck and if this is really only about contact info you should still consider the valuable advice you have been offered.

If you met with a client, even if it was an unhappy pairing...  the review will probably be considered as valid.  If you had not met the client, then the review could be removed if you could demonstrate that it was fake.   If there are falsehoods in the review, like claimed activity that didn't happen...  and you can convince the administration...   then reviews have been removed.  

I answered as I did previously because I didn't see any contradictions between reviews.

If you want to improve & be a good provider...  that's a start.  Don't sweat the few low reviews.  To get your act together...  you need a good location, clean, decent furnature.   A hotel is better than a crappy room even if it costs more.  The location needs to be safe for you & safe for your clients and discreet...   discreet parking.
You need to keep a proper schedule of appointments.
You should have a separate free email, business phone for security reasons.  
I'd suggest a web site...  even a  cheap template site.  You don't necessarily need every function but you can work up a site that provides necessary information which you tweek & control.  Use spell check & good gramar!   Put the TER provider banner on it (required) so you can link to it.
You can advertize on your local board once every 7 days.

Now, you know you have some low reviews.  You can't/shouldn't deny it.  If someone questions, you should be prepared to email & reassure that you did have some rushed meetings.  But no more...  you have changed the location, provide unrushed GFE service.  
If you truely have, your reviews will quickly show it.
