Hello...I first want to introduce myself...my name is Taylor I'm a newbie on here. I have a question... how do I update or add something to my provider profile?
Open your profile, and click on the "submit a problem" button, then when the problem report page opens, type into the box what you want to change. Use this for simple changes and updates. You can also click on the "contact us" button on the bottom of the page and submit a feedback to TER. Use this method for more complex changes or multiple changes. To check the status of a problem report or feedback, click on MyTER at the top of the page and look under "my problem reports" or "my feedback." You will see a status of "new" (they haven't looked at it yet), "approved," or "unapproved," or they will request more info from you. Usually happens within a few hours or up to 48 hours. If you don't see a status update after 48 hours, you can contact them again.
