I've only ever done incall appointments. Is there anything I can/should have in the hotel room for her?

Aside from that it's up to you. Lots of guys like to have wine, chocolates, etc. there but it's not really necessary. Besides the envelope just be freshly showered and brush your teeth.

Yeah I remember feeling that. Had done many incalls but got myself all nervous leading up to my first outcall. It’s just the “pressure” of being a good host I think.  

You mentioned it’s a hotel so make sure you know the parking situation, whether she will have to pay and how much, and also be aware of whether a key is needed for the elevator.  

Beyond that the only things you have to do is exactly what Nicky said. Make sure your hygiene is on point and pay her in full. Every outcall I’ve done, the lady steps into the bathroom right after arrival so I just leave the payment in there before she comes and forget about it.  

If you want, you can check her p411 or her website for her favorite beverage and have some of that on hand. At least have some water you can offer her.  

I always offer use of the shower before and after and have one of those shower poofs for her. I leave the tag on it so she knows it hasn’t been used lol. But in about a dozen outcalls, I’ve had one make use of that so I’m gonna stop getting those things.  

Anyways that’s all stuff you can do but don’t need to. Just try to relax and be yourself. It’s still just a job to her and she’s still happy if you’re clean and not a creep, just like all the incalls you have done.

Please share any specific instructions ahead of time to ensure she can maintain discretion during her visit. Thoughtful touches like having wine, snacks, music, lit candles, or even flushable wipes can help create a welcoming atmosphere, though they’re not required. Ultimately, what matters most is being a gentleman so that she can feel comfortable and leaving the envelope in the bathroom or a visible spot so she doesn’t have to ask is always appreciated and it sets a respectful tone.

If she's got an FAQ page, read it and see what she likes.
Make sure envelope/gift bag is unsealed, accurate and visible upon entry.  The bathroom counter can be a good spot for this.  If she doesn't go right there, let her know where it is.  

Know about parking and hotel entry.  If Valet is available, let her know you'll pay for it and include it in the gratuity.  This is important as a lot of very nice hotels can have rif raff outside and you don't want someone tampering with her car while she's seeing you.  Think of it as cheap insurance.

If you want to provide something to drink, make sure it's in an unopened container.  

Ideally, have the TV off, it's easier to chat that way.

If your room is messy, tidy up before her arrival, make sure she has a clean area for her things.

Make sure you are freshly showered.  

Open the door before she has to knock or leave it cracked open so she knows she's in the right place.   I believe I speak for most of us when I say, we have knocked on the wrong door or maybe the right door at the wrong hotel, doh!

Greet her with a smile and kindness.  

It can be nerve wracking to meet someone new at a hotel, the easier and more disarming you make it, the more fun the session will be!

Nice hotel, ideally without need for keycards in elevator.  
Give instuction how to get to elevator and room like you usually get from provider.
