It depends on the website. LE tries to steer clear of obvious entrapment. If the website has NUDE photos of the girl then it's pretty safe. Also newbies should stick with TER reviewed girls.
Most importantly, before any money or details are discussed, on your first visit you both should show eachother some skin. No LE will show you skin. Once that takes place you can proceed.
LE showed me skin once. I saw him completely naked. It is best to just avoid talking about money on the date and have them slide money into your purse w/o you saying anything or just pick up an envelope
I don't allow clients to discuss details in person. I also only allow languages to be discussed in email...french, russian etc
It seems unlikely that LE would go to the trouble of creating a web site to lure in potential arrests. Entrapment would be a defensible position.
What about a provider that has gotten herself arrested and in serious trouble, say for blackmailing clients? What if LE allowed her to continue working but turned her into a CI (confidential informant)? Essentially, it is the same practice they use in fighting the drug trade.
I personally know of a provider that advertises locally on Eros under four different names. She doesn't have a web site, but she has reviews on TER. She continues to get new reviews, even from hobbyists that have submitted lots of reviews. I have also seen an ad for her on Eros in another city. Yet, I know first hand that she has participated in helping LE bust other providers. One has to assume that hobbyists are equally at risk. This happens in other cities too, especially where after three arrests a provider can be charged with a felony and do extended jail time.
The whole thing about showing skin is an old myth. The regional message boards are full of stories from providers who have been busted by LE that got naked. Occasionally, they even let the sex get started.
I have to believe that LE targets providers far more than hobbyists. Just remember the cardinal rule. Never discuss compensation for sex with someone you have never been with. Not in e-mails, on the phone or in person.
