What exactly is a spinner?

I know it is defined as a very petite provider, but somehow I think there's more to it. Why is she called a spinner?

U pretty much answered your own question. Spinners are generally petite/skinny,........

and short. They are called "spinners" because you can pick them up and pretty much "spin" them on your cock like a top.
