Two things come to mind--(1) use the report a problem feature . . .

to let admin. know the review is not accurate. Be sure you tell them why. Did you see the guy and his revview is bogus (and what is bogus) or did you not even see him?

(2) Same information but use the Contact Us link.

What do I do when there is a bogus review written on me ? I have written TER numerous times no one has written back... I am freaking out over here...

If its not linked to your profile, maybe that means no one will find it.  Or maybe TER needs you to claim it before they can remove it.

Tell admin that you have  gotten a review that is bogus and ask them to remove ti.  Be sure to tell them all details about it so they will know which one it is.  If you are honest they will wil remove it.
