I've heard of plenty of times that reviews are rejected for lack of details but never for too many. Perhaps you have too many extraneous details or things that could compromise the provider's saftey such as specific locations, hotels, etc.
2. Have you thoroughly read all the requirements for reviews that come up when you click on the "submit review" button?
Most times following these two things will get you published.

had included personal information (not identifying, but possibly embarrassing) about the provider's living situation (in which the incall was held). At the time, I felt that the information was very relevant to why I didn't enjoy the experience as much as I thought I should have, but in hindsight, I wholeheartedly agree that it should not have been in the review.
I followed the process and sent an inquiry through the "Review Questions" feature and the reply I received detailed what information was not acceptable. TER allowed me to edit the review and it was accepted.
