in the restaurant business.  You can't really
tell what you getting - you certainly can't
define it down to specific acts - although some
will try.  Your best bet is to read reviews.

There has been a LOT of discussion on the definitions of GFE and PSE on all the boards.  Even veterans can't agree.  Use the search function to find the threads.  You should go back beyond the default 30 days.
