newbie friendly providers, and build from there.    How about the gal in Cali?   (I assume you mean Cali, Colombia, rather than the rather tacky short-hand term for California.)   If she's on the net and speaks English, I suppose you could try her as a reference.

I'd get P411 if I were you. There are plenty of providers who will see guys with no references if they are at least verified. If not be prepared to be screened using alternate means, which may be work verification and or personal info.

Just get screened with P411. It will get you where you want to go. Might as well Check out us ladies while you are there. I do not see anyone not on P411.
I have also been away for a bit. When we both Screen it helps ensure that you will and Provider Are into same things.
