I did say that my husband has hired providers, could they track all that down and charge him? If they did all of that then they really need to focus on more serious crimes. To me, it is a personal matter...not for LE to get involved with unless there is trafficing or under age girls involved. What do I know?
Being a member isn't a crime either. I have used my credit card several times with no troubles from anyone. But, I do not have an SO to worry about either.
To charge your husband with anything, they would have to catch him with the provider. The paper trail just makes it easier for them to follow his tracks, but it's highly unlikely that LE would go to that extent just to nail one guy. When they go after people, they want to catch as many as they can in an sting operation.
