Hi any ideas why many clients can't get their reviews posted because the site management thinks its me since client has nothing bad to say?

Or there could be many other reasons I just want to know what they are since my clients that never did it are asking for my assistance

You are reviewed under Alla, not your whole name so you already have a profile with reviews on it.

Please explain. How do people make it right if they do it first time.  It suppose to be Allasana ?

And why tersupport is ignoring all my questions? What providers don't get the th sae respect as clients ? Why I have sent so many messages and noooo even 1 reply. I am a gold member too

I am not sure. I am guessing your first client that you saw just put alla instead of your full name. You might be able to email them and get it changed to the full one, but just let the other clients know it's under alla for the time being.

Every time I have emailed support they get back to me, so maybe try again hun.

Go to your profile and click the "problem report" button; then tell them to change your handle to AllaSana.

That might get a faster response.

That could be the reason you 'think' they are not responding. Also, if your IP address connects to any of those reviews, look out. You can't let a client use YOUR computer or even your ISP to write a review. You will be banned if that is more than a one time occurrence.

1) your name issue may be the result of your ads.  One ad has your name as Alla Sana (first name, last name) so they may have used what they thought was your first name.  The other ad only lists Alla!

2) you can follow mfisher's advice to get it changed if you wish.  In addition, you should email [email protected] from the email account you signed up with, and request that they link your review profile ID 222847 to your user account AllaSana.  Then when you post you will have "See my TER Reviews"  below your name, and the connection will be made whether you change the profile name or not.

3) If you contact management through the site, most often your replies are through the site.  So, as London pointed out, go to Account Manager and check 'My Feedback' and/or 'My Problem Reports' to see if they have in fact responded.

...is where you find "my feedback" if you are using "classic" TER. Most people are now using the most recent version of TER (& know nothing about "classic") where "my feedback" is found under the "My TER" tab.

We don't think you want us to tell you here on the board why 10/10 review of you from a new user did not get posted.
