You can't post your reviews, only your clients can. The first guy...

...who reviews you establishes your profile and then you'll get assigned a TER ID number.

there were some providers who posted their own reviews...

some got away with it but some got banned from TER for a long while.  

the rule on TER is that only the clients can post reviews
