How do I submit a review for a provider, if I am the first person to ever review them here? It says that their TER ID is required. What if they have never been reviewed before? How do they initially get a TER ID?

Fields with a * are optional. The provider number field just makes it easier for administration to know who you are talking about if you're reviewing an established provider.

...Look at the top of the Submit a Review form. It says the items with an asterisk are not required. You don't have to put her ID# in that box and of course in this case she doesn't have one so it would be impossible to do so. TER will assign her a number with her first review.
