First, it will help speed your screening by providers.  Second, ladies are listed as newbie friendly and also my the number of provider OKs they require.  You should easily be able to find several who don't require any OKs.
Seems like half my posts on this board have been to recommend P411, but it worked for me and was a big help in getting started.  Date-Check works well also.

I am newbie and realize many providers require references before booking any reservation. How can you search the board to find providers that accept Newbies.

Read the reviews, look at the websites of the providers.  Often times, if they have ads on other sites, the ad will say if they are newbie friendly.  You can also post on the ISO board, that you are looking for a newbie friendly provider, but be sure to say where you are.  Can't tell you how many ISO posts I have seen with no indication of location.  If your regional board is not very busy, the mod may allow you to ask on it as well.

that you are new.  You'll have to give a little more info for screening, at least I did.  I find those on the +/- 30 age range to be more experienced & knowledgeable (& flexible) about screening newbies.
I often use "Advance Screening" in the subject line... propose a date in a week or so.  A couple of times, it has happened sooner...  as soon as the screening went through.
