I love bbbj as much as anyone, probably more. Anyone else concerned with health issues?

Is it 100% safe? No, but only abstinence is. We all have to decide what level of risk we are willing to accept.  BBBJ and DATY are relatively safe compared to other activities but there is always some risk involved.  I've been doing both for many many years and never had a problem but,as I said, we all have to hobby at our own comfort level.

From my personal experience, no, it is not 100% safe.  

Neither is getting up in the morning and arriving at work safely, especially in the Los Angeles area.  I commute daily in heavy traffic on a motorcycle, so I am a certified risk taker.  You have to figure out what level of risk you are comfortable with.

If you can't risk getting an infection, then always wear a cover.
