Trouble getting provider response

Hey all,
I contacted a provider through her website contact form yesterday, but got no response. So this morning I tried to contact her through P411, still no reply.
Should I directly email her, or give it another day or two. Seems like email always works the best anyway, but I don't want to be pushy.
What the norm/protocol!
thanks

but here's what I've done.  After the initial first try or even two, like you did, I would wait about a week.  I would then go thru the process again, but with just one of the choices.  I would not refer back, nor mention that I've tried earlier.  Act as if this is your first try.  No reply...move on.  It worked a couple of times.  Never been chastised.  Good luck.

Wanted to get a date set up for this week. Guess I should go with another lady.

I try to be as prompt as possible with replies, personally, but I have waited over a week before for a client's provider reference to get back to me!

I'd give her another day or two.

..."Thanks for your interest.  I will get back to you after I check your references."

You really think I'll be waiting by my computer for a week to hear from you?

Like I said above, I'm prompt and communicative during the screening process.

I have NO idea, however, why it takes anywhere from two days to a week for some ladies to get back to me with a "yes, he's safe" or "no, don't see him", unless they're trying to make it so I can't check his references in time to see him.

You've been on my radar. I can't wait to set some role play fun up with you, probably early November!

P411 expects a provider to get back to you within two days. If they don't, then they suggest that you email or phone the provider.

It's up to you what you do after the period is up though-I would consider withdrawing the request. You can also report it to P411 but I would never do that.

BTW-if you are waiting just from the morning until the evening that isn't enough time. You have no idea how busy she is.

Well, it's been two days since I contacted her through her website form. Wanted something for Friday, so I'd like to know so I can set up an alternate in time

you have no idea how many calls, texts, or emails she gets.  She has to sort thru all the contacts if she is a popular provider to weed out the timewasters and find out who is legit.  To answer your question, there really isn't a norm, it's up to each individual provider how promptly she responds to inquiries.  Many are quite prompt, but there will always be those that are not.

If I contacted her thru her website, I'd move on to someone else if I had not heard from her within, maybe 36-48 hrs.  Send her an email if she has an email address posted.  If there is no email address, try the phone if she has a posted number.  Personally, I prefer email for initial contact.  Many guys are reluctant to use website forms, as am I.
