Trim

I personally would prefer a nice trim over a shave. Unless you keep a shave very well maintained, the 5 o'clock shadow rubs me in all the wrong spots :-0

A big thank you for considering manscaping! I'm sure all the ladies would appreciate it.

As a newbie, should I trim or shave.  It's been a while since anyone was down there so I don't know what the proper attire is?

Ladies please  let me know.

Thank you

My first time out, I went ahead and trimmed. I did this because I didn't want anything to get in the way of a getting a good BBBJ. I have just kept on doing this ever since. None of the providers that I have been with have commented on it at all. I think they have appreciated it though.

I decide not to shave, because it looks goofy, unless you keep up with it. It probably even looks a little goofy if you do keep up with it. Then there is the risk of cutting yourself. I purchased a beard trimmer just for this task. It has 9 length settings. I finally settled on using #3.

But at the very least, nicely trimmed is good. I like to get all up in there if ya know what I mean and flossing my teeth with stray hairs is no fun ;)

I am as naked as it gets down there, i haven't had any complaints. Preferably if i was a male i would want my lady shaved.

the Minnesota regional board just had a discussion on this within the last week. whatever you like is cool. some guys prefer shaved, some trimmed, some lasered, some landing strip, some au natural! most guys will go see anything... some will see anything but natural & some will only see natural! its really up to you!!! go to the Minnesota board & check it out!

The first time I hobbied, the lady, who was known for DT and gagging would hardly go past the head.  I politely asked her about it and she said that my full bush kept her at bay.  With the trimmer I use, it's easier to go bald than trim.  I do shave the bump and grind area before each date, too.  The ladies have actually complimented me on my prep.

I trim. I don't like the all bare feel and I have been told by quite a few providers that all bare on men is more than a little creepy.
