I was wondering if it's Ok to post once a week on my regional board while also doing "heads up" posts a few weeks before, in the touring city's board, for prescreening/booking purposes.

I'd like to give a months notice, it seems excessive but hey I like to be organized lol..

I think it's fine... but for me - if it is just for prescreening and booking... I usually don't know what my schedule will be like that far in advanced.

You'll probably still get an influx of requests a couple days prior.

I believe they are enforcing the rules a little tighter.  You might find that you can only post a "heads up" seven days before your arrival.  I don't know about earlier but you can continue with your weekly in your home market during that time.
