I see both a National and also a State by State ranking of providers. I am wondering how these rankings are determined. I see some on the list with fewer reviews than others. Just curious.

There is a lot of controversy about the Top 100 rankings.

I would think so.. It looks very inconsistent and a little fishy to me.. some on the list have like 23 reviews.. 1 person in my state has 220 reviews all very favorable and ranked #4 in the State. Another provider with 40 reviews is #1..  
Natiionally the #1 provider has only 25 reviews,.. but does have "10 & "10" as compared to others with many more reviews.. and the one in my State with 220 reviews and ranked 8.83 an 9.2 isnot ranked Nationally.. It's obvious that there is no weight given to anything other than the number given by the reviewer

some use bribery before the review is written, some use threats after the review is written, some refuse to see clients who give anyone less than an 8 or 9.  It's totally laughable and should be taken with a HUGE grain of salt.
