still fairly new but i usually like to bring a nice gift(s) to providers and lucky that I have had great experiences so fa. However, this weekend I thought i was overly generous with a nice treats since I really was looking forward to this particular date. Everything went great and as usual I  follow up with a very quick thanks or 'would love to see again " text/email and always gotten nice replies and thank you in return. Not this weekend.

I know very well this is business and not personal but still to go completely "dark" I thought was odd but again newbies must learn. Thoughts ?

you were trying to get too close with the gifts.  I don't know what you gave her, but you may have been, as you said it, very "overly generous".  I do give my dates a gift, candles, but they are very reasonable priced.  I normally do not send them a follow-up email after the date.  They have enough emails to look thru for potential clients, they don't need to be bombarded with thank yous.

....an that if you put pressure on her you won't be as receptive to you.
Also, did you ask her a question in the email therefore anticipating/expecting/requiring (keywords, differentiate) her to respond.?....jus sayin
First rule of thumb....Never assume any females actions or lack thereof necessarily pertain to you...aka: not personal/doesn't pertain to you.
She's just taking a few days off then she'll play catch up....decompressing is a must or us Hookers, k

Mix it ip a bit and see a different Provider the next couple of times....helps keep things in perspective.

or doesn't do something is impossible. The previous replies have given you their best guess. Once you've doing this awhile, you'll realize the best response to a non reply by a provider, is to MOVE ON.
It's no big deal and don't take it personal. Remember this is a business, and in the REAL business world this happens as well.
