As one who almost has his toe stuck in the water, I have done hours of reading in the Self Help center and reviews of providers within the cities around my region, which are Birmingham and Montgomery AL. After reading all of the current reviews, I turned attention to Atlanta. That was like shifting focus from a convenience store to a mega supermarket. I realize that metropolitan Atlanta is more than four times larger than metropolitan Birmingham, but the increase in providers and varied services seems to be greater than the population difference. Is it possible that LE tolerance for sensual services is greater in Atlanta as compared to other more conservative, deep-south areas? Although the drive would be an extra 2 1/2 hours, it seems to me that variation and tolerance for services around Atlanta may be worth time on the road.

(Suggestion: search on "prostitution" and the names of cities close to you; it will give you an idea if LE is spending resources on enforcement.  With limited government funds, it may be less of a problem than you think.)

So with all that traffic, and the likelihood that air travelers have more discretionary income than the average person, it would stand to reason why hookers would find so many more clients there, even factoring in the proportion differences you state.

That's a good point, and possibly a side benefit for those who want to get involved in the hobby who also live close to an international airport.

That tends to be one of the benefits of local boards.  

In any case, do not let any perceived laxness encourage you to take unnecessary chances with your safety.  Choose well reviewed gals and be discreet in all your dealings.

Getting busted out of state must add a lot of complexity and burden to an already awful situation.
