the other is:  "specials".

I think many of them assume that when guys walk in the door the little head takes over and we will stay even if the photos are phony and the menu is not what we had been hoping for.

And it undoubtedly gets other men's attention enough to give her/them a try to find out for themselves what it means.  Not a bad strategy, that.

 
Now, it CAN refer to offering services above and beyond a so-called "standard GFE" but I wouldn't bank on it.

Depending on where you are (New York, LA, ...), the SOP in the AMPs will differ. In NY, the standard non-GFE AMP includes CBJ, FS, single pop. Some girls in some houses do offer GFE for an added fee. AMP GFE (in NY) may include BBBJ and MSOG. I'm not sure what GFE+ (plus) means, except perhaps to imply greater certainty of the outcome and maybe BBBJ+ = BBBJCIM or more

It has been suggested that GFE+ can mean several different things based on the booker and provider:

1) GFE with a trip to the Islands of Greece.
2) Asian agencies don't consider CIM and DATY as part of GFE and those menu items are part of GFE+.
3) BBFS

One day I hope to try GFE^2, but I'm gonna steer clear of Ultra GFE...

I've been pretty active with the K-girl agency scene here in the DC area and I can assure you GFE+ does NOT mean bareback.  From my experience, *all* K-girls I've seen offer BBBJ, DATY, 69, and MSOG, combined with a very generous geisha-like treatment (undressing; shower; etc.).  If you are "done" and you've got 12 more minutes left, she'll either try for another pop or give you a massage.  Or cuddle.  No rushing you out the door.  

Rimming is based on the prerogative of the young lady and going for "plus" won't buy you into that if that's not her thing.  (I'd say about 75% do provide it, and very enthusiastically at that).

What the Plus gets you is CIM.  If that's worth $40 to you, then go for it (I do).  If you opt for "regular" GFE, you get all the same typical K-girl treatment I described above, but you finish in the bag or pop elsewhere.

Other parts of the U.S. of course may differ.

That is a true GFE experience. The + comes from bedtime headaches and "its to big" to put in her mouth.
