I was wondering why most provider would do BBBJ (unprotected sex).  You can still get STD from oral sex you know?  Why would provider take this risk and/or client take the risk?  The chance is smaller that intercourse without condom but still higher than CBJ right?

Sounds flip, I know, but that's a big part of an honest answer.  As to the rest, there has been much written on this board about the risks.  They do exist.  But even protected full service has risks, too.  So the question is, what level of risk do you wish to assume, given the pleasure you are looking for?  Most would say, bareback full service is far too risky but BBBJ is not.  At least that's my approach.  The only no-risk approach is celibacy or monogamy or stamp collecting.

Every provider and client practices their own comfort level. There are providers and hobbyists alike that will do bareback and that doesn't seem to bother them.
With ANY sexual activity..even kissing...there is a risk for STD transmission. You can get HSV-1 or 2 (herpes) by kissing on the mouth of someone who has it. Likewise you can still get Herpes and other skin infections from CBJ as condoms do not cover all the genitals and sometimes not the entire shaft. By using your finger on a girls kitty you could get an STD. There are a million and one ways to contract STDs luckly if you take good precautions you guard yourself against the majority of them.

If you are not comfortable with BBBJ then don't do it. That simple. But just think how you can get herpes the next time you kiss someone.

The only way to 100% protect against STDs is abstinence or practicing monogamy for the rest of your life with 1 person.

All this is very true the risks are always there. I have provided in Nevada at a legal brothel where you have to take a class on all the STDS out there. Its Scary. Makes you wanna think twice about your job. All I can say is Please be safe, for the clients: Sex is not worth the rest of your life. And for providers: money is not worth it as well
