Contact a reputable agency (escort service) and be ready to provide real info about yourself and your employment that they can confirm.

You can find the good ladies at the reliable agencies using TER.

Only go with someone with a record of good reviews. Do not contact someone who's quality you can't confirm via TER reviews.

If you're a first timer with no references already in town and now starting to look for "fun", you're starting entirely too late.

It may well be too late to line up anything with an inde girl but agencies are a different story. Most big cities have at least one or two reputable agencies with ladies on call. It's a roll of the dice but it usually works out better than "spankvision" on hotel cable...
