I am not confused about tipping. I have experienced before a provider showing up when price agreed was say $400 and they say well that's just to get me here, it's another $400 to dance. Always in Vegas trying to see if that happens in other areas
Your original Q was "1. When you see a suggested tip amount in an Ad, does that mean that's what you should pay?" and I think it comes down what the perceived and intended meaning of "tip" is. Your best preview clarification of that can be found within her Reviews. (Get VIP to read everything.)
If someone uses the term "tip" exclusively, I think they are referring to their fee. Fee, Gratuity, Rate, Roses, ... there are all kinds of terms used in ads to set out the amount that is expected. It is always for time and companionship only. "Anything else that happens is between consenting adults." Usually, the "else" happens without any additional $ or roses above her companionship fee, at least in my experience.
Depending on the wording, I would ASSUME that tip meant fee, but I'd read it carefully and read her reviews for clarification ahead of time.
1. I am mostly accustomed to "the FEE requested is all inclusive. No additional tipping required (but always appreciated)." This is anywhere from AMP to GFE Indy to GFE+ Indy. Read the reviews so you'll know the SOP of your hostess.
2. The situation you just described ("$ to get me here, an additional amount to dance") is commonly called UPSELL. Her reviewers should make it clear if that is her way of doing things. I think that most of us frown upon it. Some will have their rates in their ads ("GFE $$$, GFE + anal, include an additional $$") so a spontaneous request for extras met with a spontaneous reply asking for more $ is not an upsell but a reminder of her rate structure (that you should have read about and know about). Anyone who lures you with "$ per hour is my fee" but then totally surprises you with the torturous death by a thousand upsell fees for everything most likely means that you have not read reliable reviews.
3. Tipping for extras is customary in some spa-style massage parlors. Once again, READ THE REVIEWS. The ad that says "$80!" might seem like a bargain to a newbie, but that is the (normal, typical) house fee (depending on location). Once you are BCD with your masseuse, you can discuss how much "tipping" (what fee) is required for extras (e.g., $120-150 for FS = $200-$230 total cost). (You can also add a real tip, see next item.)
4. REAL tipping: in any of the above situations, you are welcome to open your wallet and voluntarily add an additional amount. $600 Indy GFEs will love it, $250 MP girls will love it, $200 Spa girls will love it. Depending on different factors, 10%-20% is OK; more than that and they will remember you even better for the next time.
READ THE REVIEWS to avoid unwelcome surprises!
