After reading many reviews from clients of many providers I never see any remarks of up-selling payments or how much the clients tipped above and beyond the stated donation. I am new to this so maybe I just have a hard time believing the provider is happy with the stated donation and life is good. Is this the case or is it just that nobody discusses this?

My exeperience with TER and in the hobby generally is that the fee stated in the review covers the services specified (Escort Incall, Massage, etc.)  The fee is all-inclusive for the service rendered.  Tips are always discretionary.  There are instances where a provider will offer extra services for an additional fee -- Greek lessons being the most frequent example of this.  Reviewers will generally note that.  Sometimes reviews will be posted of providers that demand extra payments for services normally considered part of the hourly rate.   This is frowned upon in this hobby.  Hope this answers your question.

Don't confuse a discretionary tip given to a provider who gives
good service with the "tips" that some agencies require.

I've read that some agencies send out a girl and the quoted
price is the agency fee which the agency keeps.  Any so called
"tip" that you give her is what she earns.  This is obviously
not a tip.

BTW, where I come from (NYC) I use agency and independents that
quote the TOTAL cost.

Top notch providers are happy with just their fee but would accept a tip IF it is offered.  Upsellers and Ripoffs are a problem that this site seems to have been set up primarily to combat, they in no way come close to comparing to good providers.
I generally leave a good tip when the service is good.

I don't tip independants.  One normally doesn't tip the owner of a business, only its employees.

By that same token, I usually DO tip agency girls.  The ladies who work for agencies have a pretty rough go of it, and the agency usually keeps the lion's share of the fee.  As to the amount; that depends.  The variables are the session's length and of course, the quality of service.  For example:  For a one-hour, $300 session, I'll usually tip $50 (a little less than 20%) if the service is excellent.  For longer sessions, I've tipped as much as $100 for several hours, and $200 for overnight.  Keep in mind, in the cases of these longer sessions, I've already been with the lady at least once before, and am assured of the best service.

I believe most places/people should give you an all inclusive price, with no tip expected.

Tips are always welcome, but not expected.

The point is well taken about fetish, Greek lessons and so forth for tips.  That is usually noted on the web site.

With all that said, I do tip for excellent service and ALWAYS bring a token of my esteem to a session (body lotion, wine, flowers, candles, etc.).  Some people may view this as a "tip of sorts."  I really don't and think it is the gentlemanly thing to do for any date.
