I have looked at the self help for Newbies and I see that tips are not expected, but are greatly appreciated.. OK... What is a decent tip? I understand that the tip depends on the basic price.. basically.. For instance.. what would a good tip for a 2 Hr.. appt that was $450 be? What would a decent tip for a 1 Hr.. $200 session be? I don't want to come off as a cheap skate.. but don't want to appear to be a complete rube.. I have given several $20 tips .. once for a 1/2 hr. $125 session.. another time for a 1 hr.. $250 session.. Maybe you can see my problem.. just some specific guidance.. Thanks
I get various tips, gifts, etc and i appreciate them all but you wanting to see me again is the best! IMO if you were going to leave me a tip of $20 I would rather you bring me a small gift like a bottle of wine or some chocolates or fruit & cream ... Adds a personal touch and possibly the chocolate and fruit may be used during our visit.
Brio, That's basically my feeling.. what's $20.. and a small gift is more personal absolutely.. You are confirming what I felt.. I did a search on "Tips" and that was the problem.. lots of comments.. but nothing relay specific to my question
Visiting us again is the best tip anyone can possibly give you..I have been given perfume, lingerie and even cash but then again, it all depends, I never expect any tips, but I am very grateful to those who took the time to think of me and bring something to the date (bowl of fruit, wine, bottle of champagne, chocolates etc).
I do not tip. I bring gifts, a VS gift card and candles. I like to make any lady I see feel special. There is no formula for tipping, do what you want.
I spend $800 for two hours of someone's time and then I should tip? Most lawyers and doctors don't make that hourly fee, plus they have to do a shit load of paperwork. The way it should work is that providers should hand out goody-bags like at a kid's birthday party. Maybe a bozo the clown pez dispenser and a funny pencil with a giraffe eraser head. Or hemorrhoid cream, depending on how the session went. Something to keep the memory alive.
I tip people who do menial or unskilled labor. Often the case is made that their time is important and in line with any other professional, I don't tip professionals.
I do however give gifts on occasion, sometimes stuff that we use while there, sometimes it's some kind of shared interest like a book I think they'd like or concert tickets to a band they like. On rare occasion it's for an outside activity we can enjoy together like a play. Generally gifts are given to women I see more than once and have a strong personal connection to. I usually book in 4 hour increments, which is somewhat unusual so that may make my case an outlier.
