I am the total newby and had a question about tipping.   In the TER reviews it lists the price and the time that you pay for the gal's company.  Is this usually including tip?  For example:  I saw a young lady that I would be interested in meeting that works for an agency.  On her site, it says $300 flat rate and that tips aren't necessary but that they are appreciated.  On her review it says $300/hr.  Do most guys tip beyond that?  I understand if they work for an agency and the price says $150/hr, you will be tipping that amount too.  I was just curious what you guys think.

Was it worth a tip ? Can you afford a tip. Did you feel that 300 took care of it. You need to answer these questions before you decide to go forth.

When I started out I was inclined to tip.  I thought it would get me better service in the future.  I came to the realization that it makes no difference.  Most ladies give the same service with or without tipping.  I no longer tip.  My experience is that I receive the same service as when I was tipping.

hzl has asked you the right questions. In other words it's your personal choice. Most providers don't really expect anything more than the posted donation. Do not feel obligated to tip, however if you thought she went above and beyond, by all means show her your appreciation.

Sometimes I do and sometimes I don't.  For example, on the last two dates I have.  Of course, these ladies were wonderful!
