Tipping and references....

A tip is not required to see a lady.I never expect a tip when I do receive them they are a pleasant surprise and greatly appreciated.If you feel after the appointment you had a wonderful time and you want to give her a tip that is your choice to do so.Also,as far as references go if you do not have any I would suggest signing up with a verification sites such as Preferred411.com or Date-Check.They can verify you and then you can search on those sites for newbie friendly ladies.Or you can search here for ladies and see if they have ads on either one of the sites I mentioned and what their requirements are to set up an appointment.Also,I would suggest looking at the ladies websites you are interested in might state there if they are newbie friendly.

Also,some ladies can verify you without references just ask the lady what are your options and what is required from you.

Hello, I am going to visit shortly New York from Europe on business. I know that in the US you have the system of tipping or gratuity which I agree because it makes the service better in restaurants, hotels, etc. But what about the providers do we have to give them a tip ontop of the donation? Also I have read many reviews now, and some say that to meet with providers you have to pass a screening or reference. How exactly does that work? If I don't live there how will I get references. Thanks in advance for replying.

Don't get bullied into tipping. They make a decent wage as it is but let the mood guide you.

When a provider advertises a Rate, that should be her rate for the service she provides to all. It shouldn't be better for tippers, if so the lady should increase her rate so that each client get's the best service always.

I can only speak for myself when I mention this because it may vary depending on ladies, but my rate is for a absolute wonderful experience and tips are welcomed but not expected or won't increase the already great service.

I am a recent refuge from the adult online dating madness sites; therefore I had no references when I contacted two providers in Washington, DC to arrangement dates on a recent trip.  I was able to provide them with enough information to relieve them of any understandable anxieties.  My trip was extremely more pleasurable for having met these two lovely ladies than it would have been otherwise.  In conclusion, try to work with the provider, giving her what information she needs to feel comfortable and that you are willing to give as well.  If the provider is a true pro, she will use this information to ensure her own personal safety only.  As many others have suggested DO YOUR RESEARCH!
