I'm really new to this, well, in the States at least...
My question is that do you tip after an incall or outcall?
or do you just pay the exact amount?
and if you do need to tip, how much?
Any help on this would be appreciated, thanks!

Normally tips are not expected with quality providers.  The only exception is for Greek where $ additional is often added.
 
Another exception:I will also say that a certain Fav FBSM provider's rate is stated for the massage/HE.  If you want extras, she'll go along...  never states a rate but expects a nice tip.  I do give her a tip equal to the going rate for my area which is 2X her massage rate.  I think that's a bargain.

This is an oft asked question and the overall feeling I would say is that tipping is neither done very much and is never required.

That said, I for one, do tip when I think the service has been very good.  I also think that the tip is well invested but who can ever know for sure?

We love tips! But they are not expected. If you would like to tip its all up to as far as the amount....

agency girls take some portion so i've heard the argument that they deserve tips more than indys, but there's a conscious decision to work at an agency...they know what they are getting into, both good and bad

But I don't tip. Most if not all provider's web sites and ads will say tips are not necessary. I've been doing this for awhile and I just don't tip. However, I do bring gifts from time to time. Usually candles, store gift cards, things like that. Many escorts will have a gift section on their web site.

If I'm seeing a lady for the 2nd time around and I enjoyed the first session, I put the tip in with the donation.

Does not giving a tip mean she got the shaft?

Tips are very nice and most appreciate them just like if a guy brings them flowers but those that do tip I say tip around 20% give or take usually during incalls. Rare occasion i've been tipped double. I'd say between 10-20% "looks good".
