Tineye rocks! Try cutting and pasting the url from the browser window, use the second box on the Tineye screen (on the right), let Tineye pull the pics it finds from the page you submitted, click the pic you're trying to research and walahh... you should have some pretty good success.

Sometimes there are no results, more than half the time when I use it I get zero matches. The main reason is Tineye just hasn't crawled across that page yet.

I can never seem to get any results from this thing.  I'll even put in photos that I know are popular models, and still I get 0 results.  Is there any trick to using it?

TinEye offers plug-ins for the Firefox and Safari browsers that make using it simple.  Just install the plug-in, then when you want to check a photo, simply right-click on it and select "Search on TinEye" from the pop-up menu.  A new tab (or window) will come up with the search results.  Makes searching easy as pie.  (Note that some sites -- such as Eros -- disable right-clicking on images, but there are ways to get around that.)
