As long as there is no problem with the review, and it isn't a first time review for either the gal or the reviewer (TER holds these up until a second comes along just to be careful.), then it could be a few hours or a few days.

A few days is more common.

But it can be anywhere from minutes, to a week or so. Depends how busy the review checkers are, and if they have details to verify etc. I would guess the average time is 12-48 hours. (based on my own reviews and previous threads on the subject.)

If it has been more than 72 hours there probably is an issue with the review that needs further checking or feedback.

If it's your first review, it might get held.  If it's the guy's first review, it will likely get held up.  As mentioned previously, the avg is within 72 hours.  I had one go up in a matter of hours, but that is a rarity.  Most take between 1 and 3 days on the average.
