ooo did I mention he called me every 3 days for 2 weeks and then got pissed when I stopped answering the phone because he "only had one more question he wanted to ask"

oh and yes I think he got off after each conversation.. I have since learned..

If you have a web site all the questions should be answered.  Really, there should be little reason for prolonged conversations. Either I was an appointment or I do not.  After a certain number, write him off, block the number & move on.  He's not ever going to step up.
