DATY without a dental dam is quite risky. A dam makes it less risky, but still not 100% safe. You can contract a myriad series of diseases from DATY, including gonorhea, chlamydia, hepatitis and herpes. Just because you don't "see" anything doesn't mean she's disease free. Or that the guy who just had sex with her an hour before was disease free. As for the "backdoor", the same applies, except your chances of contracting hepatitis increase.
