This seems strange to me.

I would think, other than the NC board, this would belong on the ISO board, or maybe the GD board to get some responses.  As mentioned above, you aren't getting any help here, so why would admin feel your post belongs here?  I have no clue either.

Hope all is well in NC...Just a quick poll for the hobby goers here... How accepting is this area of new agencies??? Also a any tips for a new agency here in the area???

I actually reported your post many hours ago, to have it moved there, but stangely admin said they are leaving it here.
Since you have zero responses in 14 hours, this is obviously the wrong board for your poll. I suggest you repost it on the carolinas board since admin didn't move this one.

I agree that the newbie board, is not doing you any good though. Just post ads on the actual "ad" board for NC, and see how that goes. As long as you have something to link to, I think it might be ok.

The post seems like a legit discussion board post, a poll,  asking for advice. To me it belongs on the carolinas discussion board, but I have given up trying to figure admin out:)
