I'm a little confused.  People on this site say not to go to a provider unless they are well reviewed, but when I go to the blonde section on CV Los Angeles there's practically no reviews linked for most of the providers.  Are most of the blondes on CV safe to approach?  How do you tell?  What are the rates if you can't even ask on the phone or email?  It's kind of a mystery to me.

You could stop after the second sentence.  No reviews = move on.  Quantity of ads doesn't matter, nor does the rate, because you're in over your head.

If you're finding that most of the ladies advertising there aren't reviewed, you should SHOP somewhere else, not pick the best bad option.

You can use the TER advanced search for LA and in the hair color critera put in blonde.  You will get 2,220 blonde providers from LA with at least one review.  That should keep you busy for a little while.

In all my years of hobbying I have only found ONE date on CV...and she had reviews on TER...

I find it much easier to start with TER rather than Eros or CV.
