Hi everyone..
Fairly new here and I have a question..Hoping someone here can help me a little bit.

If we can not talk about anything sex related, then why is it ok to put on our websites the services we provide??

Phone conversations are easily recorded, and are easily introduced in court, by LE or a scorned SO!!!  Web contact is a bit harder to prove, and every most escort site I know of SPECIFICALLY has some clause deep in the fine print, that states her ad a suggestion of prostitution, just an offer for like-minded people to meet each other.

Good luck to you,

BBBJ, CIM, COB, FS, etc.

The belief is that by using this code language, we somehow get some measure of legal relief.

That's mostly a fantasy, but it does make people feel better.

It's mostly kind of fun to talk in code.

Hi Kandi, as a newbie I had the same question and as I did my research, I found out that many of the free escort websites are also used overseas where the laws are not as strict as here, so the service menu is geared more for those ladies....

From the newbie hobbyist perspective ...

I've seen provider ads that don't offer details and it creates the potential for an awkward situation when calling.

How is it possible to know if you'd want to see a provider unless as a hobbyist you're able to learn upfront what her services include?

Try asking over the phone and you hear "CLICK" ! ...

Especially with state and local governemnts having financial problems, it is unlikely any prosecuting agency would try to prosecute a provider based solely on her website or, for that matter, solely based upon a telephone conversation.

A "solicitation" for prostitution normally requires a face-to-face contact in which a sexual act is offered in return for money or something of value. (The face-to-face contact is probably not specified in any state law; prosecutors judge the facts in light of whether they are likely to get a jury conviction and anything less than face-to-face would likely have problems.)

And, while Mr Fisher is a wise fellow in many ways, he is still not an attorney.  Acronyms offer no defense.  A vice cop of any experience would probably qualify as an "expert witness" on the subject of sexual lingo.

Aside from the (I believe) rather forlorn hope of avoiding a sting by using codes, there may be another reason possibly.  I had a few female friends who I had met when one then another came to see me as patients and were professional dommes.  They said about half their phone calls were men trying to get off on phone conversation so they very much limited all specific conversation.  They would go into great detail in a face to face before the session started or on the phone with men they saw before, but would otherwise minimize phone specifics.

Talking on the phone about sex for $$ could be construed as legal entrapment by LE.  While not an attorney, what most ladies indicate on their web sites is general enough in nature to be considered wishful advertisment.  Afterall, how many of us hobbyists are really "affluent upscale gentleman"?  Most of us are working guys with good incomes, but not afluent by any means.  We scrimp and save here and there to create our "hobby fund".

I am also new and wondered how to get around this too.

What I did was just direct people to read my review's which give detail of my service's rather then talk about them via email or phone.

So if you have a link to your reviews just put that up and it should be enough. :)
