This is also asked a lot. My rule of thumb is 48 hours, then email again....

How long should you give a provider to respond when trying to setup an appointment before contacting another provider?

I had traded emails with one lady, and she responded very quickly at first, but when I attempted to schedule an appointment, she has not responded.  I am not sure if I should continue  to wait, or just book with someone else.  Is there an "acceptable" time period that one should wait?  It has been two days...

I just know that the minute I book with Provider B, Provider A will contact me to confirm...know what I mean

If she doesn't reply in 24 hrs, then you can try email a different provider.

If you really like her, after the 1st 24 hrs, resend your original email and wait for another 24 hrs. If she still doesn't answer,, move on..

you want the appt., how flexible your schedule is, whether the provider is low- or high-volume and takes only long-term appts. When you're looking to get laid same day or next day, it can be as little as 1 or 2 hours.

Under any circumstances, I don't see how a provider can blame you for moving on if she fails to respond within 24 hours. Whether you wait longer may depend on how much you're focused on her over a 2nd or 3rd choice.

If you do get calls back from two girls, if you can offer a later date with the 2nd caller, that'll keep everybody happy.
