If she did, you had every right to expect a full hour.  If she didn't, then it's questionable since you did get your pop.  She probably did take a little advantage of you, but the gf in the car probably had nothing to do with it, she was just the driver.

Next time do your research, doesn't sound like you were very thorough in that.

Best providers give full hour...  what ever goes on in that hour (except Greek which typically costs extra)  What you got is refered to as "one & done".   Encouraginbg you to "hurry up" or asking "did you finish yet?"  Is refered to as "clock watching".  Again, not best service.
In my area, I can & do get full hour GFE for that.  Was she well reviewed?

Its irritating as hell when providers tell a client to cum--when, and early. You paid her premium rates, and yes she took advantage of you. If this happens next time, for example, you see a provider and 10 mins in, she ask r you gonna cum for me, get up, get dress, and demand the partial money back. The session will deteriorate if you prolong it.

Girlfriend waiting in car does not mean a thing, its her job to wait in the damn car, and it shouldn't influence her time with you. It just sounds that she is a terrible provider.
