I am new to this so I don't have any references but have found a few providers that use date check or 411. My question is when you give them your work info and they call to verify, what do they ask your employer?? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Providers won't ask your employer anything personal about you. Just verify that you work there. Basically patching them thru to your extension. Thats it.
