They don't actially go "inactive"

You can actually go back to threads from years ago and post to them. Of course they won't really get any reads. I think they stay "active" forever. Except in the rare case of threads that were closed. (Even those, I'm not sure. I have seen moderators close threads in the past, but not sure if they stay closed forever.) As far as the "my messages" log, it only goes back one month. Same thing with "my problem reports,"and "my feedback." So, your older messages are still on the boards but as of today, anything before 2/5/12 will not show up on your message log.

I noticed that when I go into
My TER and look at my message
boards, I only have one page,
even though I have more board
posts than 14, and they all say active.

When do they go "inactive" and
stop showing up on "my message boards"?

Also the last post I made (before this one)
has a yellow like sticky next to it
on the left. Its not a link, and no message
from TER to me.    Whats it for?

I appreciate what Naomi had to say
but I don't agree,  When I posted
another time, in a thread I didn't
start, there was also a yellow pin up note.

Now a day later they are gone, and
also the faded light blue ones that
were next to all the other posts are
gone as well.

Does anyone else see that on their
message boards.

I know it has something to do with
2012 and the polar shift - Big mystery afoot!

Admin must be actively reading our post
and silent note taking, to see if were
naughty or nice.

Yellow sticky notes next to all my posts from today. Blue sticky notes next to all my posts from yesterday. Torn blue sticky notes on all posts from 2 days ago to 30 days ago. Obviosly it has something to do with time. But I agree with swim. Why worry about something that is not important? It's like all those threads that pop up asking why the date font changes from bold black to red to standard black. Lots of questions on that. Lots of guesses. Lots of theories. The right answer should be, "Who the hell gives a f*ck?" :) There are so many better things to discuss here!

I could disapprove posts if they needed it.  Now as the host, I cannot do anything about them.  I guess it's one of the mysteries of the revamped TER.  Truthfully, I never worry about old messages.  I have noticed that I have some posts deleted, but for the most part, I think it was part of an entire thread that got deleted.  If you are unmoderated, unless your post is asking for some critical information, I think you are worrying too much over this.  Relax and enjoy the real reason for this forum.
