Most of the questions were regarding "where to go" for decent info and quite frankly there was no "good place" to go for info with all the review sites down. I wasn't about to tell newbies to check out sites I wouldn't trust myself, and the only site I have trusted in the hooker world over the last 18 months has been P 411, and for much of that time P 411 was a closed loop and unaccessible to the newbs anyhow.
Even experienced mongers found themselves making VERY questionable decisions, decisions like sending virtually unknown providers deposits with the reasoning, "all of them are demand it now" I couldn't believe how quickly experienced mongers seemed to forget everything they had learned here once the reviews were taken away from them.
That said, now that the reviews are back, and hopefully full access to the site from within the US in the not too distant future, hopefully the guys here will get their heads screwed back on straight, and the newbies can get some real advice here making this hobby safer and more enjoyable for all concerned, on that point we are in full agreement.
So I am new to TER, but I have been a provider for a few years now, and miss backpage and craigslist so much the ability to remain basically anonymous I think was what made it so popular, I have so many clients tell me now they wont sign up for sites, they dont want to pay for memberships, or they only trust specific sites so they only see providers listed on that site, and they honestly believe all other sites and ads are fakes. And they are not the only ones who think like this . Most of my clients are site specific and only use/trust what site they trust so I wrote out a list of all the sites I'm on and its crazy 32 different sites, some I am not even really sure I trust like harlothub and some I cant even control being on like escort index... Escort Index has caused me a LOT of issues thankfully none have been dangerous and everyone was actually really sweet and a few even went ahead with the service, but to explain, I am TS and escort index will take my ads from other sites publish it and only put photos and my number NOT my ad which always explains bodly a few times I am a trans woman my username unless its a TS only posting site is always TS Lexi Sux, and I've had a few times clients had no idea which really scares me of the potential bad things that could happen from doing that. I get listed on a site I have no control over, Ive found my ad other places that do allow providers to post and it has my actual contact info...but I didnt post it , and it gives me an option to "claim the account" everything has gotten so hetic . I just want 1 safe reliable place to be able to have real clients, ever lurkers be able to keep up with me and the services I offer...
I guess my question is is TER that place? Will I get clients from here? I wish I had been more proactive back in the day when all these sites were thriving, but I only ever used BP and CL and had no issues getting a decent size client list so I'm finding myself back in the "newbie" status of it all and now trying to learn an entirely new way of doing things . Not just going from email, to call, and then meeting . Im getting texts, emails, snaps, calls, tweets, facetimes, and a lot of times its just people just excited to speak with me who have seen my videos, or follow my social media which is very sweet. I hate to call . them "time wasters" but more or less they just end up stressing me out and I get overwhelmed so I overlook potential real clients, or I feel like I'm giving them "attitude" when I do speak with them and I hate it . I love meeting new people, and I love the work I do I genuinly do, but there has to be a simpler... less costly way to do it. I'm hoping thats TER? I spend almost 1000 a month on ads and profiles and seem to get a lot of my video fans who now just have access to my # because a few sites will retweet my avaibility on their twitter page .
I've read a lot about P411, but they are not accepting new companions, I read a few places to get 2 client "okays" but when I was trying to get on TOB I needed client reviews, so I had a special for TOB "clients" and found myself just giving away above and beyond services to people saying they were TOB members and they were actually not, and a few didnt realize they couldnt just make an account and review new providers right away.
I live in Denver, Colorado does anyone know if p411 is worth trying for here? It seems the industry is pretty big here, but I dont know how to even go about finding those clients to leave the okays or whatever it is they require, and I read somewhere offering discounted service for p411 will get you ban before you even get on, is this true? If so what can I do . Lol Sorry about the novel and what turned into a rant, but any advice anyone has I'm willing to take . I want to be able to give my clients the service they deserve without wanting to rip my hair out everytime I start weeding through messages . Some clients really just need that extra few questions answered and it sucks that I cant trust who is even a client anymore.
As for the deposit thing, I require a small 10 deposit on any booking that is not same day and on out calls, it helps me weed out the people who will ultimately never see me no matter what . I offer to return the deposit given at least 12 hrs notice... and about 90% of the time the incalls that book and pay the deposit NEVER SHOW UP! Literally just disappear and most times not even asking for juicy pics or trying to get off on the phone . Just call, book, pay and vanish .
