You have to have some creative writing skills and know how to hint about things without being blunt. TER does not allow reviews mentioning drugs, but I have read some reviews where it was pretty obvious the girl was on drugs by things the reviewer said in the review. I wish I had time to search for one now so I could show you an example.
I just had a very unfortunate no-show experience with a provider; I posted a review, describing it, but I'm not sure that was correct; the review for instance required me to attest to her appearance, which of course I can't do if we haven't met.
What's the best way to share my useful information? A review, or something else?
if there was no meeting, you can't review her. What you can do is what I did when it happened to me. Post on your regional board what happened, just don't name her in public. Tell people if they want to know who she is to PM you. This way you don't have to deal with her in the open, who knows what she might say or do. You can't post it on the Reviewers only board since you're not eligible to join it yet, so your regional board is the best and only option.
Sorry it happened to you, but don't feel alone, it happens to lots of folks, both hobbyists and providers. Just part of the biz, nothing we can do about it.
if you have any "contact" with her then TER will not let you post her as a rip-off (1) rating because"you got something for you money. It's a catch 22, there is no eventuality that permits a rip-off review.
It all depends on who looked at your review. Why didn't you try submitting it again or asking admin for info through a "contact us" or email? There are many bait and switch reviews and ripoff reviews in the database where no session took place. Here is an example:
...about a review being rejected because it is not objective. It mentions drugs, disease, etc. Go to reviews (tab at top). The instructions under "Do you have any questions?" include a link to the Review FAQ's. Click and read. There is a lot more about writing reviews you might want become familiar with.

Got it, thanks. Can't say I fully agree with this policy; personally I think if a hypothetical provider recommended by hypothetical but well known booker hypothetically shooting H in front of a hypothetical client there should be a way to give heads up to others. Of course this is purely fictional situation cuz those things never happen in a hobby word.
it's their site, and therefore, their rules. I'm sure there are many rules, regulations, and policies that admin has here that many people do not care for. Some I agree with, some I do not.
