I have searched for this and suspect I am missing something easy, but I would like to post a review of an existing provider (one who already has a TER ID).

Is there a way to avoid typing in all of the header information just to have someone administratively toss it in favor of the data that is already in there?

I believe this feature existed in an earlier version of the software.

The first is that if you know for a fact that something is listed in her menu that she does not do, you may file a problem report (There is a link right on each profile.) and tell TER management why you think the change should be made.

The other thing a reviewer can do is to write a new review to replace an older one.  If you think that her service has changed significantly, you can report on that.

To change her profile however, you must file a problem report.

let reviewers see all the different responses. It would create a useful picture of the provider over time.

ESPECIALLY since some reviewers select the wrong option from some of the menus, things change over time, etc.
