I have a acct since 2004. I been a vip on and off. I in the try to update my profile w/new location ,phone # and the link to a old website. and havent had not been able even when a vip member
If you have and that didn't produce any results, go contact Administration directly and explain that you tried the "Report.." link and got no response.
Keep being a squeaky wheel, and eventually you'll get some attention.
