When I try to  write a review I am met with red text saying "I am not allowed to post reviews".  I am new to the site. Is there a waiting period before someone is allowed to post reviews or do I need to buy VIP.

...you us the Contact Us button at the bottom of any page and ask Admin what the problem is.

You do have to click the agree button at the bottom of the Review guidelines which can be found by clicking "Reviews" at the very top then click "Submit a Review".
