you are not getting any responses from ter pm.
Is to look on their profile and see if they have a website and email listed.
Either fill out the screening form on her website including your info along with your ter handle and any other appt details.
If you are not comfortable filling out a form on her website see the email listed on her website and profile here and email her the info.In some cities TER is not the main site used so perhaps some providers are not checking their pm's from here.
Also look at her ads and/or website for screening requirements.Some providers will see you with whitelists and there are many that are going to want to know your info along with your handle and whitelist.
Below is just an example of an email you can send to a provider for an appt request.
Hello XXX,
My name is (Insert name not ter handle here)I am very interested in setting an appointment with you.
I have looked at your website and/or ad and I see you are located in (city state)
You could include a little about yourself(very short bio)
I am interested in setting up an appointment for the date or dates of

If you are flexible on dates state that if you know already a certain day and time mention that as well)
Length of appt
Provide necessary screening info in regards to what is on her website or ad.
Please let me know if you are available on the above date or dates and time.
Also please let me know if you need any additional information from me.
