paste the url to the "picture url" in the post. are you using Mobile version of this website?  it may be better to use desktop version so that it gives you the full features.  

 
you may have to upload your photo somewhere like image coast. Com or if you have your website already just right click on the photo you like and copy the url of the photo itself. then paste this to the "picture url"  field in the new post

Unless you have it on a site like imagecoast, and can access it on your phone, I sorta doubt it.  If I understand pic posting right, the pic you want to post must have it's own URL in order to post it here.
